It also tells the story of the early settlers in Lorain County, Ohio, and how they intertwined religion with their daily lives. How they formed congregations that allowed the community faithful to pray, share fellowship, and find strength. The early congregations often started meeting in private homes and then erected houses of worship that often reflected cherished traditions brought from the Old World to Lorain County.
