Reading of the Declaration of Independence
Join us for a reading of one of our nation’s most important documents- the Declaration of Independence. Mayor Corcoran will start out the reading and others are invited to read a line or two. Following the reading, those in attendance can sign a copy of the Declaration to be kept in our Historical Society archives for future North Ridgeville residents to view in 50, 100 or more years in the future. At the conclusion our local Boy Scouts will provide refreshments to cap off this historic event!
This event will be held in City Council Chambers, which is air-conditioned and handicap accessible via the elevator.
*Note-depending on attendance numbers, seating may be limited.
