Time for another meeting of the Historical Society.  Why not join us?

Spring has finally arrived and summer fun is on the horizon!  On your tour around town be sure to stop by Don Mould's Garden Center to visit with us.  Where else can you find plants, garden seed AND historical memorabilia??

Join us for the first open house of the season at the District #9 Schoolhouse.  Restored to its original glory, you'll meet the schoolmarm who will explain your school day in the late 1800s.  Free admission, limited parking onsite. (Nearby side street parking is available.)

Join us in celebrating the grand opening of the new Veteran's Memorial!  We have been asked to be a part of the festivities and we plan to have a few tables of militaria along with our growing collection of Veteran's stories from North Ridgeville's Veterans- past and present.  This year's Memorial Day Parade will run […]

Join us for a fun day of shopping!  Our members have cleaned out their attics, basements and junk drawers and will be offering the most interesting and unusual items!  All proceeds go to the Historical Society, so come find your treasure!

Join us back at the North Ridgeville Library!  We will meet at 4:30 in one of the new meeting rooms.  Visitors are always welcome.

You might not have been in school in June in the early 1900s, but June is the perfect time for a visit to the District #9 one-room schoolhouse.  Listen for the Schoolmarm to ring the bell, take a seat at your desk, and learn about the past here in North Ridgeville.
